About
Attorney Belia Peña has been practicing immigration law since 2017. Raised in the RGV, she was inspired by her parents’ deep commitment to community service. Her mother, a healthcare worker, spent over 30 years caring for immigrant families in the region. Her father instilled in her the value of learning from and giving back to a diverse community.
Based in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas, the Law Office of Belia Peña serves immigration clients across the United States. We handle a wide range of matters, including naturalization, family-based immigration, and deportation defense. Our team is committed to pursuing your case with persistence and strategy—no matter how complex.
Immigration law is constantly evolving. We stay ahead of policy changes to better protect our clients—not only with today’s laws, but with those that may impact your future.
This legacy of compassion, resilience, and service lives on in our work. At the Law Office of Belia Peña, we are dedicated to helping immigrant families not only survive—but thrive.
